3. Intellectual Property and Website Content
All original content appearing on kefss.com, including text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, videos, illustrations, and other materials, is owned by KEF USA or used with appropriate permission, unless otherwise indicated.
This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property belonging to educational institutions, program partners, or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Program Information, Dates, and Tuition
KEF USA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information about its educational programs, schedules, tuition, activities, and services is accurate and current.
However, program details may occasionally change due to circumstances such as availability, scheduling requirements, educational partner arrangements, weather, safety considerations, or other operational needs.
KEF USA reserves the right to correct errors and update Website information when necessary. Programs, activities, instructors, excursions, accommodations, and schedules may be subject to reasonable modifications.
Tuition amounts and program availability displayed on the Website are informational until confirmed by KEF USA through its official enrollment and invoicing procedures.
Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated to parents or legal guardians as appropriate and handled in accordance with the applicable enrollment agreement.
5. Applications and Enrollment
Submitting an inquiry or application through kefss.com does not automatically guarantee admission or reserve a place in a KEF USA program.
Enrollment is subject to application review, eligibility requirements, program availability, and completion of applicable enrollment procedures. Applications for students under 18 must be submitted or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
Once an applicant is accepted, KEF USA issues an invoice with payment instructions. Tuition must be received by bank wire transfer within seven days of the invoice date to secure enrollment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Following receipt of the required tuition payment, KEF USA issues the appropriate formal enrollment documentation.
Specific payment terms, cancellations, refunds, withdrawals, and other participation conditions are governed by the applicable enrollment agreement and written program policies, not by these Website Terms of Use.
6. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the inquiry and enrollment process. This includes information reasonably necessary for student eligibility, health and safety, travel arrangements, emergency communications, and program participation.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for reviewing applicable enrollment documents, policies, and authorizations before confirming participation.
KEF USA may request additional documentation when reasonably necessary to evaluate an application or support a student's safe participation.
7. Travel, Visas, and Immigration
KEF USA welcomes international students and may provide enrollment confirmation documents to assist families with their travel and visa applications.
However, KEF USA does not issue visas or guarantee visa approval, admission into the United States, or entry authorization. Visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by the appropriate government authorities.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that students possess the necessary passports, visas, permissions, and travel documentation.
Any applicable refunds resulting from visa denial are governed by KEF USA's written enrollment and refund policies.
Information about visas or immigration provided on the Website is general informational guidance and should not be considered legal or immigration advice.
8. Student Safety and Program Participation
KEF USA is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and professionally supervised educational environment.
Program participation may involve classroom instruction, technology activities, recreational excursions, transportation, and other supervised experiences.
Specific policies concerning student conduct, supervision, medical authorizations, emergency procedures, and participation requirements are provided through the enrollment process.
The Website's general descriptions of student experiences do not replace these detailed program policies or parental authorizations.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal responsibilities that KEF USA has concerning student safety or the welfare of minors.

17. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes arising specifically from use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
